This is a beginners tricks class. Students will learn various fun and challenging pole tricks. We will focus on proper technique, body mechanics, weight distribution for graceful execution of moves. Students must be able to climb, sit & be comfortable gripping the pole in various ways.

All In Person Classes are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
